Hottest topic in recruitment for January

As we researched along the year, our team came up with some important debatable topics on which some expert opinions were a requisite. The discussion was posted on 6 Social Networking sites and the responses we had were amazing.

The topic stated “Which of the two holds more importance in Recruitment? Skills or Behavior?” LinkedIn alone provided us with more than 300 comments on the topic. Facebook and twitter generated some heavy traffic with interests.

As a result of such an enthusiastic participation by Industry experts in the discussion, we decided not to waste away such valuable comments and convert them into a featured video on our global platform.

HireLabs arranged a Video blog competition and following were the participants who forwarded their video on the topic. We are thankful to the participants who made it a success not just on Social Networks but also by contributing in this blog competition.

We also regret that some active participants couldn’t show up because of their busy schedules, traveling and consulting assignments.

Have a look at the videos and let us know your feedback on these professional’s thoughts:

Too bad you can't read most of the left hand margin of this website due to all the "Social Network Link" buttons t hat cover everything up. Everyone crams so much into their websites these days – its impossible to read some of the material.

The LinkedIN, Wordpress, Facebook and other share buttons should be deleteable so you can read the blog better.
