HireLabs Inc. has been informed by TCS, a global parcel delivery company, that they have decided to go ahead with the HireLabs assessment system. The HireLabs Holistic Profile Assessment Instrument includes specific behavioral tests, and aligns them – in a matrix – with core skills as identified through an extensive business outcomes study.

The HR and OD board at TCS have confirmed that they will be using the HireLabs assessment system for gap-analysis (workforce development) as well as new hiring (pre-employment assessment).
