Saleem Qureshi, President / COO

Mr. Qureshi, a researcher turned entrepreneur, devised a methodology of quantifying human behavior through a process of Six Sigma. He holds a number of patents in the quantification of human behavior. While attending Fordham University (NYC) working towards a BA in Finance, he co-founded NetWala and developed the eCurrency model which was acquired by PSI Net. After working in finance he realized that his passion was research, so he enrolled to study medicine and conducted research in quantifying molecular behavior at City University of New York. His research took him to Stanford University where he partnered with leading researchers to launch HireLabs. His techniques of pairing and matching, have been used in talent identification and at leadership development programs at organizations including Foundation of Young Intellectuals (serving artists in New York), and LeadershipDNA (serving students at Stanford University), he served as Vice Chairman in both organizations. He recently developed the ‘iHR’ and ‘OccupationDNA’ concepts for institutional clients and government agencies that are looking for an integrated human resource solution to better manage their talent. He advises government agencies in labor and talent management in the Middle East and South Asia. Prior to starting HireLabs, he served as Managing Director of ILR, a private equity firm. His strong background in operations and finance has earned him a seat on the board of Medicove, FetchMed, Intelligent Films, and HireLabs. His interests reside in using concepts of Six Sigma in building intelligent systems to predict human behavior.

Mohammad Subeh, CEO

Mr. Subeh is a Stanford University graduate, having completed his undergraduate career in Human Biology, and earning Master‘s degrees in Sociology and Clinical Epidemiology. He is an aspiring surgeon and is currently pursuing an advanced degree in Epidemiology at Stanford, focusing on peri-natal outcomes research and bio-statistical computation. Mr. Subeh has also studied Neuroscience and Environmental Science at Harvard University. He has taught courses in Biological Sciences, Surgery, and History at Stanford, and has held numerous leadership positions, founding two international medical relief programs. Mr. Subeh has been awarded numerous honors that include the Milken Scholarship, Harvard Prize Book Award, James Irvine Foundation Scholarship, and Solon E. Summerfield Scholarship, to name a few. His interests lie in intelligent systems design and application of statistical and industrial engineering concepts to improve outcomes.

Haitham Boshnak, CFO

Mr. Boshnak has joined HireLabs on April 2008 as its CFO. Prior to HireLabs, Mr. Boshnak was heading the Saudi operations for the Boshnak Group. In 2006, Mr. Boshnak has co founded Alzoa informatics; an internet company specialized in information aggregator that is serving the MENA region. Mr. Boshnak is also serving as a board member to GenieTown, an online service market place, and as a consultant and an advisor to various companies and institutions in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Boshnak is also serving as a lecturer in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at King Abdul Aziz University. Mr Boshnak has completed his graduate studies in Electrical Engineering in Stanford University, where he was a member of the Paul Allen center for integrated systems, in which he was conducting his research on low cost, low power Single chip TV tuners.
